In October 2007, Otwell Construction, Inc. began its first project and has since successfully completed many more in the southeast Texas region. Otwell Construction, Inc. is currently licensed to perform commercial construction in 5 states; Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas and Tennessee.
